A pick-up vehicle fell into the Nandakini river last night on the Nandanagar-Sitel motorway in the Nandanagar development block of Chamoli district, killing the driver. Police Station Nandanagar reported that a pickup vehicle fell down the road after being uncontrolled near the parking on Seetel Road.
In which driver Pawan s/o Jagtar Singh resident Pirumdara Nainital age 24 years was injured. The driver was brought to CHC Nandanagar where the said driver was declared brought dead by the doctor.

All the 11 pilgrims in the vehicle were from Rajasthan. It is a matter that no one has got serious injuries. Everyone is safe.
The vehicle of pilgrims from Rajasthan going on pilgrimage went out of control near Kanchulakhark and overturned in a ditch below the road. SHO Rajendra Rautela of Gopeshwar police station told that the incident took place in the morning.
