Uttarakhand, 20 Feb 2024: When will it be presented in the general budget by the state government? Its decision will be taken in the meeting of the Business Advisory Committee.
The Governor’s address will be on the first day of the budget session of the Uttarakhand Assembly starting from February 26. Its notification has been issued. The Assembly has issued a letter to all the MLAs seeking information of public importance to be raised in the House.
The state government has fixed the budget session from February 26 to March 1. When will the general budget be presented in the House by the state government? Its decision will be taken in the meeting of the Business Advisory Committee.
The Assembly Secretariat has sought information from all the MLAs on the issues to be raised under Rules 53, 58, 299 and 300. In the last session, Question Hour and adjournment were postponed due to the introduction of the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) and 10 percent horizontal reservation bill for state agitators and their dependents in the House. This time the MLAs are giving questions on the issues of their area. Till now the Assembly Secretariat has received about 300 questions.
