Savitri Devi, mother of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, was discharged from AIIMS on Thursday. According to the hospital administration, his blood pressure is now in normal condition.
Mrs. Savitri Devi (84), resident of Panchur village of Yamkeshwar development block, was admitted to the geriatric ward of AIIMS, Rishikesh on May 14. At that time his blood pressure was higher than normal. Due to his old age, other tests were also done at AIIMS. After which he was treated for two days.
He was discharged from AIIMS on Thursday after the test report was found normal. Giving information, AIIMS Medical Superintendent Professor Sanjeev Kumar Mittal said that Savitri Devi’s blood pressure is now normal. Therefore he has been discharged.
