The first seeker of this season in the meditation cave located in Kedarnath Dham is Simona Staines of America. Besides, she has also become the first foreign devotee of Shiva to meditate in the meditation cave in the last six years. He meditated in the cave for two days.
On Monday, Simona Staines reached Kedarnath after walking a distance of 16 km from Gaurikund and went straight to the meditation cave in the afternoon. He had booked online for meditation in the meditation cave. Simona Staines looked very happy.
While chanting Om Namah Shivay mantra, he said that one gets mental peace after reaching Devbhoomi Uttarakhand. She is considering herself blessed by coming to Kedarnath. Gopal Singh Rauthan of Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam said that in the Kedarnath Yatra which started from May 10, Simona Staines is the first seeker of this year, who has meditated in the meditation cave. Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam has received bookings for Dhyana Cave till the month of June.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi had gone to Dhyana Cave in the year 2019 after inspecting the reconstruction works in the Dham. Where he meditated and meditated for 17 hours.
