Uttarakhand Assembly Elections 2022 – Congress sending leaders to Rajasthan

Uttarakhand Congress leaders said that they had suffered losses in 2017 due to BJP’s “Khareed-Farot”, but this time they are ready.

Dehradun, March 09, 2022. Vote Counting for the Uttarakhand assembly elections 2020 will be held tomorrow i.e. on March 10. The Result will be announced thereafter. The Time will tell in whose favor the election result will be, but the Congress has already started its preparations to counter the situation that happened in the year 2017.

What Congress Committee of Uttarakhand fears?

Congress is trying to keep its party MLAs safe. For this, some special arrangements have been made and they are sending their leaders to Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh. The party has arranged all the neccessities to shift the will be winning MLAs of Uttarakhand to the Safe House in Congress-ruled Rajasthan after the election results exit polls created a hung-like situation. The Congress party is seen in alert mode as the election results date nears. In fact, given the history of horse trading of BJP, Congress does not want to give any such opportunity this time, says a Congress leader himself. Some plans are being prepared for this, one of which includes sending Congress candidates MLAs to Rajasthan. A party led by former chief minister and party’s national general secretary Harish Rawat, Uttarakhand state president Ganesh Godiyal, leader of opposition Pritam Singh returned on Monday after meeting the Congress central leadership in Delhi. Special instructions have been issued to all the candidates by the state leadership. On the other hand, Congress state president Ganesh Godiyal has refused to say anything about this at the moment. He said that we have full faith in our candidates. All our members are on alert in view of the possible threat from BJP. This time we will not give any chance to BJP to play any game. On the other hand, BJP has denied all these allegations of Congress. The party’s state media in-charge Manveer Singh Chouhan said that the entire state had witnessed the sting operation carried out on Harish Rawat in 2017 when he was the chief minister. Now Congress is accusing us of horse trading, which is completely wrong. Uttarakhand BJP has denied the allegations being made by the Congress.
