The minimum temperature was three notches above the normal at 19.4 degrees Celsius. During the last 24 hours, the humidity level in the air was maximum 85 and minimum 30 percent. The sports complex was the hottest with 36.6 degree Celsius. The minimum temperature here was also 24 degrees Celsius.According to Skymet Weather chief meteorologist Mahesh Palawat, the effect of western disturbance remains these days. In view of this, Delhi, including Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh is expected to receive light rains in the next two days. Cold winds coming from northern India from the next 25th will also provide relief to Delhiites from the scorching heat. This will also reduce the temperature and the weather will be pleasant.
