In the Kanganwal area of Ludhiana, a young man pretended to drive a minor on a bicycle and took him to the fields. There the accused and his accomplice took turns raping the minor. Later, the minor was threatened and the accused absconded, leaving him at home on his bicycle. The minor gave this information to the family members. After which a complaint was made to the police.
After investigation, the police have registered a case against Anil resident of Rangbaz Colony and Muzmil Hussain, resident of village Natta in this case on the complaint of the victim.
