An accident took place on Friday in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh. A tunnel in construction suddenly collapsed, in which 6 laborers were buried. Of these, 4 died and one is critical. The rescue team has taken a safe guard. This information was given by Gaurav Singh, Police Superintendent of Kullu District.
SP Gaurav Singh said that 6 laborers were working on site . Of which 4 have died, while one has been injured. The other sustained no injuries, which has been saved. Two ambulances reached the spot.
He also said that the accident happened near Pancha Nullah near Garsa Bhuntar.
The rescue team quickly reached after the accident. In fact, the Parvati hydroelectric project under the National Hydraulic Power Corporation (NHPC) near Panchnala in Kullu district is underway. Under this, two tunnels are being built. One of these tunnels fell down.
