There have been many public personalities but the charm Kapil has spread on the public cannot be answered in words. Firangi is the result of Kapil’s determination to do various things. Kapil has faced many ups and downs this year. Kapil ended his show in the mid of 2017 and was prepared to let his focus in his big screen venture Firangi.
Firangi is a Indian action_comedy drama film based on Hindi period which is written and directed by Rajiev Dhingra. It stars Kapil Sharma Ishita Dutta and Monica Gill. Kapil is also the producer of the film.
Plot
The story of the film is based on the life of India in 1920s. Manga (Kapil Sharma) who was resident of Baharampur village in Punjab has been rejigged for three times in police recruitment. Seeing him sitting jobless his father taunts a lot. However, due to the upside of being born in the village whenever someone gets back pain, he or she asked for the Manga’s help and Managa fixed it. Manga went to another village “Nakuguda”, with his friend, where he saw Saragi (Ishita Dutta) and with whom he fell in lovet. Returning to his village, he started dreaming of marrying Saragi. Meanwhile, British officer Mark Daniels (Edward Sainanblick) got his the back pain treated through Manga. Delighted by this, Daniels puts him in the job. Here, Daniels and local Maharaja Inderbir Singh (Kumud Mishra) wanted to vacate the village of Nakuguda to plant a liquor factory. Unknowingly, in this work, the Manga becomes the culprit in the eyes of the villagers. After this the story goes forward with some twists and turns.
Firangi Film Review
Kapil played his role with full dignity but because his character needed innocence face and People didn’t have habit of seeing Kapil in this avtar. Otherwise the story is unique and made well. Though film was slow but it was the demand of the star. People sitting their termed the movie as classy and unique. Music of the film is average. Monika Gill is OK in the role of Princess. Edward also played wisely the role of the British Officer. Anjan Srivastava, Inamulhakhar and Rajesh Sharma have performed well.
