New Delhi: The Central Cabinet’s recent approval of the Women’s Reservation Bill and its subsequent presentation in the Lok Sabha has garnered praise from key Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders in Chandigarh. Pradesh Mahamantri (State President) Ramveer Bhatti and Pradesh Pravakta (State Spokesperson) and Women’s Wing Incharge Kailash Chand Jain expressed their gratitude to Prime Minister Modi for this historic initiative.

Bhatti expressed hope that once the bill is passed in both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha, women’s reservation would become a reality across the nation.The bill proposes the reservation of 33 percent of seats for women in the Lok Sabha and all state legislative assemblies.
