Following Reasi and Kathua, a terrorist attack in Doda

Jammu-Kashmir: Following the attacks on Reasi and Kathua in Jammu and Kashmir, terrorists have now targeted Doda. This is the third such attack in three days. This time, the terrorists fired on the army’s temporary operational base in the Doda area. Following this attack, five army men were reported to have been injured in a shootout between militants and security forces in Chhatrakala, Doda. A Special Police Officer (SPO) was also among those injured. The injured have been sent to a hospital for treatment. The terrorist outfit Kashmir Tiger has claimed responsibility for the incident.

According to officials, terrorists are being dealt with appropriately in a joint army-police operation in Chhatrakala at around 1.45 a.m. on Wednesday. Earlier, Jammu ADGP Anand Jain stated that one terrorist was killed and one civilian was injured in the firing, but the region is now safe. The operation is still going on, and senior officials are on the spot.

Let us tell you that this terrorist strike in Doda occurred just a few hours after a terrorist was killed in contact with security forces following the terrorists’ fire on a house in the Kathua area.

Previously, there was a terrorist attack in Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir, where some terrorists fired in the air and fled into the forests. When security forces learned of this, they arrived on the scene and surrounded the area from all sides, killing one terrorist.

First and foremost, on June 9, terrorists assaulted a bus carrying pilgrims in Reasi, Jammu and Kashmir. This attack occurred about 6:15 p.m. on June 9. The terrorists sitting in the ambush fired on the vehicle, following which the bus went out of control and plummeted into a deep ditch. The militants who attacked the bus were concealed in a steep location.

TRF, a terrorist group connected with Lashkar, claimed responsibility for the incident. These terrorists have carried out many strikes in Rajouri and Poonch during the previous month. According to sources, the incident involved two to three terrorists. Pakistani terrorists attacked a bus carrying pilgrims in Reasi.
