In the suffocating mock drill case with 22 patients in Agra, Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Wednesday again attacked the yogi government for the second day. He tweeted that the Uttar Pradesh government, in the midst of a severe shortage of oxygen, has consistently said that there is no shortage of oxygen. People all over the state died in agony. In Agra too, the administration is saying that there was no shortage of oxygen. He asked whether the Uttar Pradesh government would punish the culprits by exposing the truth of Agra mock drill?

A mock drill was carried out at Sri Paras Hospital on April 26 at 7 am with oxygen shut off for five minutes. Four six-minute videos describing that frightening moment have gone viral. Among them, the director of the hospital Arinjay Jain is telling that 22 patients had started suffocating due to this mock drill and their limbs had turned blue.

During this time 96 patients were admitted in the hospital. After the video of the hospital operator went viral, there has been a stir in this case from the district administration to the government. A magisterial inquiry is being conducted into the whole matter.
The UP government has consistently said that “there is no shortage of oxygen” amid a severe shortage of oxygen.

People all over the state died in agony. In Agra too, the administration is saying that “there was no shortage of oxygen”.

A case has been registered against Dr. Arinjay Jain, the operator of Shree Paras Hospital in Agra Police Station New Agra. Violation of Section 144, Epidemic Act, Disaster Management Act has been imposed in the case filed by Deputy Chief Medical Officer Dr. RK Agnihotri. The administration has said in the lawsuit that there was sufficient oxygen availability in Agra. The viral video of the operator created confusion.

In the case filed on behalf of Deputy Chief Medical Officer Dr. RK Agnihotri in Police Station New Agra, it has been said that on June 7, the so-called video went viral through social media. In this, on behalf of Dr. Arinjay Jain, Director, Shri Paras Hospital Oxygen, it has been said that there is no oxygen and the so-called mock drill at the plant located in Modinagar, Ghaziabad, while the district administration, the team of drug inspectors, the local and government level of oxygen. The supply was made.

Even after this, due to the so-called statement of Dr. Arinjay Jain, confusion has arisen in the public, while there was sufficient availability of oxygen in Agra. This act of Dr. Arinjay Jain is contrary to the provisions of public peace. Therefore, a case will be registered against the doctor under the Epidemic Act and relevant sections.
