The second wave of covid-19 in the country is becoming extremely menacing everyday. On Sunday, the Covid-19 has destroyed all records since the onset of the epidemic. Inspite of all the restrictions imposed in the country, in the last 24 hours more than 1.52 lakh new covid-19 patients have been found in the country. At the same time 839 people infected with Covid-19 have lost their lives. The Union Health Ministry has given this information on Sunday.
New cases of covid-19 and the number of deaths due to infection have caused panic among the people. For the last five days, more than one lakh new patients are being received in the country, which has increased to more than one and a half lakh on Sunday. According to the data released by the Health Ministry on Sunday, 1,52,879 new cases of corona infection have been recorded and 839 patients lost the battle of life to the corona, with the highest record so far in the last 24 hours. With this, the total number of infections in the country has increased to 1,33,58,805 and the number of deaths from Covid-19 has increased to 1,69,275.

According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health, the graph of active cases in the country is reaching very fast. In the last 24 hours, 90,584 covid-19 patients have returned to their homes after recovering, with 1,20,81,443 patients in the country being able to beat the covid-19 so far. The number of patients recovering is extremely low compared to the new covid-19 cases recorded on a daily basis.Currently, active cases in the country have risen to 11,08,087.
