He said that I appeal to all the citizens to participate in the voting with great enthusiasm and ensure 75 percent voting. Modi said that the Constitution of India has given such a right to the people which has the ability to change the destiny of the country. One vote has such power that how many schemes are started and how many important decisions are taken from it. It is a matter of pride for every voter of the country that the people of the country have continuously formed governments through elections. He said that at this time the country is celebrating the nectar festival of freedom. We have also started the Republic Day celebrations from 23rd January.
