In Pithoragarh, the idol of Mother Ulka Devi was raised to the tune of drums. During this time, Dev Dangar appeared and blessed the devotees. Dola reached the premises of Maa Ulka Devi late in the evening.

Hundreds of devotees were present during this period. On the Dashami day of Chaitra Navratri, Devtari took place amidst Dhuni (fire) in the hut of Sera village. Priests Rama Punetha and Kanchan Punetha performed the puja with rituals.
