Rudraprayag: This time 30 lakh pilgrims visited the Chardham Yatra in 50 days. Last year this many pilgrims came in 68 days
This time also the number of pilgrims is moving towards creating a new record in the Chardham Yatra. This time, 30 lakh pilgrims have visited Chardham and Hemkund Sahib in 50 days. Whereas last year so many pilgrims had visited in 68 days. The number of people visiting Kedarnath Dham has crossed 10 lakh.
There is a flood of faith in the Chardham Yatra which started from May 10. According to the data of the Tourism Department, till now 30 lakh devotees have visited Chardham. The yatra started from April 22 last year. Till June 30 i.e. in 68 days, 30 lakh pilgrims had visited. This time 18 days ago 30 lakh people visited.
