There is hope for an early agreement between the Samyukta Kisan Morcha (SKM) and the government regarding the long-running farmers’ agitation at Kundli and other borders in Haryana’s Sonepat. The United Kisan Morcha will meet again tomorrow at 12 noon on the Singhu border.

In view of the rising pollution level in NCR, the Central Pollution Control Board has directed all coal-fired industries to be closed till December 12 on Monday night. As per the order, only PNG based industries will run. Entrepreneurs of NCR, upset with the instructions of CPCB, held a meeting at a private hotel in Murthal block of Sonepat.

Exporters, dyers and blanket entrepreneurs reached in this. The entrepreneurs opposed the directions of CPCB and appealed to CPCB to withdraw their directions. Entrepreneurs have decided to agitate against the Central Pollution Control Board, but the churning is still going on on the date of the agitation.
