Due to COVID Pandemic Schools in Uttarakhand, have been closed a long time, However, On Tuesday, The decision was taken at a meeting of the state cabinet chaired by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami Cabinet Minister and state government’s spokesman Subodh Uniyal to resume classes for the students of Class 6 to 12 from August 1.

However, After observing the deduction in covid cases the decision has come forth. As, The decision has come as the number of COVID-19 cases has been reduced in the state.

The schools will be reopened and follow proper COVID-19 guidelines and protocols. Moreover, Attendance will not be mandatory, however, wearing masks and following social distancing guidelines will be a must.
