Earlier, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the paperless budget of 2022-23 in Parliament for about 90 minutes on Tuesday. Like last time, nothing has changed in the old tax structure. The money received from Tax Raid will be completely forfeited. Taxpayers did not get any relief in income tax for the 11th year in a row. Even now, only annual income up to Rs 2.5 lakh will be tax free. If your income is between 2.5 to 5 lakhs, then you will have to deduct 2.5 lakhs out of 5 lakhs and pay 5% tax on the remaining 2.5 lakhs.
  2. If there is a mistake in filling the ITR, then you will get 2 years to rectify it. Relief has been given in filing Income Tax Return i.e. ITR. When the Income Tax Department comes to know that a tax payer has not filed ITR, then the long process begins. To get rid of this hassle, an opportunity will be given to rectify the mistake in filling the tax. Now if there is a mistake in filling the ITR, then you will get a chance to rectify it for two years. Now taxpayers will feel comfortable in filing tax on their own and they will not have to take the services of an expert for filing ITR. Along with this, they will also get relief from legal proceedings.
  3. Golden opportunities for daughters too, 60 lakh jobs Sitharaman said that farmers and youth will benefit from the budget. Jobs will be given to 16 lakh youth from self-reliant India, in which a large number of women will also be there. 60 lakh new jobs will be given, which will also benefit women. In addition, 30 lakh additional jobs will be created.
  4. If you want to start a new startup, then you will get tax incentive. If you want to start a new startup, then the government has announced in the budget to promote this sector. People starting their new business will get tax incentive till 2023. That is, you will get tax exemption.
  5. Digital universities will be created so that daughters can take education sitting at home, Nirmala Sitharaman said that there was a lot of loss of studies during the Corona period. She said – One Class One TV channel will be increased from 12 to 200 TV channels. Apart from this, digital university will be established. Will make the syllabus of technical education easy.
  6. 2 lakh Anganwadis will be developed, so that girls can grow, emphasis will be given on Anganwadi. Women and children will get access to nutrition and health.
  7. 80 lakh new houses will be built, women’s dream will be fulfilled, 80 lakh houses will be built under PM Awas Yojana in 2022-23. A fund of 48 thousand crores has been kept for them. With this, the dream of home of women of villages and cities will be fulfilled. Will promote public transport in cities and increase electric vehicles. For this, a battery swapping scheme will be introduced.
  8. Compensation for the loss of children’s education, One Class One TV Channel. For 2 years there was a loss of education of the children of the village. For these, one class-one TV channel will increase from 12 to 200. These will be channels in regional languages. Will enable all states to provide supplementary education in regional languages ​​from class 1 to 12. The help of technology will be taken for professional courses.
  9. Mission Shakti, Vatsalya and Poshan 2.0 given a new look, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that our government has revamped schemes like Mission Shakti, Mission Vatsalya, Saksham Anganwadi and Poshan 2.0 of the Ministry of Women and Child Development to give benefits.

  2. Emphasis on the convenience of the growing urban population, on the completion of 100 years of independence, in the year 2047, the population of the country will live in clean cities. For this, the states will be helped in the capacity expansion required. Emphasis will be placed on the use of public transport in cities. Special zones with zero fossil fuels will be created. Plans will be made keeping in view the lack of space in urban areas. That is, the cities in which you are living must be clean.
  3. E-passport will be issued for you, now there will be no hassle, to increase the convenience of common citizens, e-passport will be issued in 2022-23. Common people including women continue to struggle with the problem of passport. The government has taken a major initiative to ease this process. Now you can go anywhere outside the country anytime.
  4. Booster dose to Nal-Jal Yojana, clean water will come in every house, 5.5 crore houses will be connected under Har Ghar Nal Yojana, 5.5 crore houses will be connected. 60 thousand crore rupees will be given for Har Ghar Nal Jal Yojana. Now clean drinking water will come in your homes.
  5. Do not be afraid of corona, so the mind will be strengthened, during the corona period many people lost their lives and some remained in isolation and fear. It has had a bad effect on the mind of all the members of the family including the women of almost every household. In such a situation, the government announced the launch of the health program. Mental health program will be launched to improve the mental condition of the people.
  6. 2 lakh crores for your small business, if you want to do your small business then the government has come forward to help. In fact, the government’s emphasis is also on the strength of domestic industries. The Finance Minister said that Rs 2 lakh crore will be given to small and small scale industries.
  7. 30% tax on investment in virtual or crypto 30% tax on investment in virtual, digital or crypto assets will attract a tax of 30%. If the gift is made in virtual, digital or crypto currency, a tax of 30% will be applicable from the gift taker. If there is a loss in the investment, then its loss will not be compensated. In case of transfer of digital assets, 1% TDS will be applicable on the payment.
  8. 400 Vande Bharat trains will be run in 3 years, a journey of convenience for you Nirmala said, Vande Bharat trains will be run in the next 3 years. In the earlier budget, Rs 1.10 lakh crore has been given to the Railways. In this, Rs 1.07 lakh crore is for new projects. The Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors will be ready by June 2022. All broad gauge lines will be electrified by December 2023.
  9. 25,000 km of roads will be built in 1 year, you will be able to drive your car. Nirmala told that 20 thousand crores will be given for infrastructure. This will be used in the development of infrastructure like roads, electricity, hospitals. 25 thousand km of roads will be built in 1 year. The Finance Minister told that between 2022-23. The Finance Minister said that the length of the National Highway will be increased to 25,000 km between 2022-23. The mountain roads of mountainous areas will be brought on PPP modes, will promote public transport in cities and increase electric vehicles. For this, a battery swapping scheme will be introduced.

Corporate tax has been reduced from 18% to 15%. The surcharge on this has also been increased to 7 percent. Corporate tax limit raised to 10 crores. Earlier it was 1 crore.

Economic growth is expected to be 9.2% in the next financial year. The Finance Minister said that India’s growth rate is estimated to be 9.2% in the current year, which is the highest among the major economies. Before the presentation of the budget on Tuesday morning, there has been a strong jump in the stock market. Sensex jumped 650 points, then Nifty also reached 17475 with a strength of 180 points. When the budget was presented, there was a jump of 800 points in the market.
  13. For the second time, Nirmala presented the digital budget, in a speech for 90 minutes, this happened for the second time that budget documents were not printed. Due to the Corona epidemic, only a soft copy of the budget has been shared this year. A mobile app named Union Budget has been launched for the budget. Documents related to the budget will be present on this app. This time Sitharaman gave a budget speech of about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Which was 20 minutes less than last time. Earlier he gave a speech of 2 hours 41 minutes in 2020. At the same time, his speech in July 2019 was 2 hours and 5 minutes long.
