The Punjab government on Friday issued transfer and posting orders of 10 IAS and six PCS officers with immediate effect. Among the IAS officers, Malvinder Singh Jaggi has been given the additional charge of Secretary, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Dairy Development Department with the additional charge of Secretary (Labour), Executive Director Punjab State Scheduled Castes Land Development and Finance Corporation and Executive Director BACKFINCO.
Pradeep Kumar Agrawal has been appointed as Director General School Education and Special Secretary School Education has been given additional charge. Amrit Kaur Gill has been appointed as Director Social Justice, Empowerment and Minorities and has been given additional charge of the post of Special Secretary in the same department.
Paramveer Singh as Additional Managing Director PSIEC with additional charge of Additional Director Industries, Umashankar Gupta as Additional CEO, Punjab Bureau of Investment Promotion as Additional Managing Director Punjab Information and Communication Technology Corporation Limited and Additional Secretary Home and Justice Department with additional charge, Rahul While handing over the charge of Additional Secretary (Agriculture) to Gupta, Additional Secretary Medical Education and Research has been given additional charge of Managing Director Markfed.
