Babar Chauhan Khardoni said that the government wants to kill Azam Khan. If Azam Khan is not released then there will be agitation.

Senior leader of Samajwadi Party Mohd. Demanding the release of Azam Khan and his son Abdullah Azam Khan, activists staged a sit-in at the Meerut collectorate under the leadership of former MLA Ghulam Mohammad, former district president Jaibir Singh, national secretary Yuvjan Sabha Babar Chauhan. Later, a memorandum addressed to the Governor was submitted to the District Magistrate.

In the memorandum, former MLA Ghulam Mohammad told that the Yogi government of the state was giving torture to Azam Khan, his son Abdullah Azam Khan in jail despite not being completely healthy, due to which the health of the former MP again deteriorated. In this Corona period, doing such work on behalf of the BJP government shows that it is doing politics of revenge.

Babar Chauhan said in a warning tone that if Azam Khan is not released, all socialist workers will be forced to unite and agitate. Jaibir Singh said that the BJP government did not do right by falsely suing MP Azam Khan. Government should release Azam Khan immediately.

Niranjan Singh said that the government wants to kill Azam Khan. Afzal Saifi said that the government keeps coming and going, but till today no government has done dictatorship like BJP, Ravinder Premi also took out a lot of anger on the government.
