An American court has declared Trump ineligible for the presidential election. However, the option of going to the Supreme Court is still open to Trump. Former US President Donald Trump has received a big blow from the court. An American court has declared Trump ineligible for the presidential elections to be held in 2024. The court has given this decision in view of the role of Donald Trump’s supporters in the Capitol Hill violence in America. America’s Colorado Supreme Court (like the High Court in India) has given this decision against Trump.
The court has said in its order that Trump cannot participate in the elections to be held in America next year. However, there is every expectation that Trump will approach the US Supreme Court against this decision, the Supreme Court of Colorado has declared Trump ineligible to contest the elections by giving a 4-3 verdict on this matter.
