For the preparations for Christmas and Thirty First, camps have started getting decorated in Henwalghati, Tapovan and Shivpuri areas. Tourists from different states including Delhi, Haryana, Mumbai, Rajasthan reach here. To make this day memorable for the tourists, the camp operators have started preparations. So far, about 40 percent tourists have made online bookings to celebrate Christmas and New Year. Many tourists are inquiring about the preparations.
Christmas is on Monday 25th December. Before this, Saturday and Sunday are weekends. Since there is a three-day holiday, camp businessmen are expecting crowd in the camps. Luxury camps have been set up for tourists in Rattapani, Garudachatti, Ghatutgad, Mohanchatti, Bairagarh, Bijni, Nail under Hanwal Ghati area, Kaudiyala, Vyasi, Gular under Shivpuri area and Ghughtani, Pathaun, Kyarki etc areas under Tapovan.
To ensure that Christmas and New Year celebrations go smoothly, the camp businessmen are making arrangements for bonfire, Christmas tree, DJ, cake cutting and fireworks etc. for the tourists. Camp businessmen Trivendra Negi, Arvind Negi and Jeetpal said that so far about 40 percent online booking has been done in the camps to celebrate Christmas and New Year. Camp businessmen will also get the benefit of three days holiday on Christmas.
