A delegation of state agitators met the Chief Minister under the leadership of Dhirendra Pratap, the Central Chief Patron of the identified State Agitators Joint Committee and State Vice President of Congress. In this delegation, the state agitator and the central convener of the identified state agitational joint committee and former minister of state, Manish Kumar were also included.On this occasion, Dhirendra Pratap garlanded Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and congratulated him on getting the responsibility of Chief Minister and also gave a memorandum regarding the major demands of the state agitators. In the memorandum, he informed about the cancellation of the services of the state agitators who were recently being fired from the jobs and demanded the withdrawal of this anti-people step. A one-day session of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly should be called, at least 15000 pension for the state agitation workers, 10 percent reservation should be given to the agitators. All the mandates related to the state agitators should be made in the form of an act, Dhirendra Pratap said that the Chief Minister listened to them very carefully and urged them to sit down once again, Dhirendra Pratap and the Chief Minister sit together and take serious note of the demands of the agitators. They said that they will think carefully and soon the government will take action on it. Manish Kumar, the central convenor of the identified State Agitators Joint Committee, also demanded from Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami that many agitators have gone to heaven while looking for the way of marking and only a few people are left who have to be marked, so the government will soon help them. Complete the process of marking and as before, taking newspaper clippings as the basis, they should be marked as soon as possible. On which the Chief Minister assured that he would take immediate action in this matter.
