- Yashodhan Rana From Om Namah Shivai [Doordarshan] –In the 1990s there have been many mythological serials and almost every serial was craze among the audience. In late 1990s, there came a mythological saga “Om Namah Shivai”. It was telecasted at 9 :00 PM on every Monday. The weekly soap was a blockbuster. People went crazy for Shiva of the serial. - Mohit Raina from Devon ke Dev Mahadev [ Life OK] – Mythological serial usually be preferred once in week because in the 21st century, audience for mythological show was not much. But there came a new channel with a new show “Devon ke dev Mahadev” that to be presented by Dancing Diva Madhuri Dixit. TRP was incomparable. One person got in due notice i.e. Lord Shiva played by Mohit Raina. A J & K guy, with fit muscular body with power packed dialogue delivery made him an overnight superstar of television. He got numerous awards and fans across globe.
- Saurabh Raj Jain from Mahakali – Ant Hi Aarambh hai [Colors] –A serial which broke the records, a serial which changed the preception, a serial which is first time in television history and one of its kind, Mahakali Anth hi Aarambh hai. Shiva was played by Saurabh Raaj Jain, who have played a powerful role as Lord Krishna in Devon ke dev Mahadev. When he chose the role, many Mohit fans claimed he would not do justify to the role. But he proved everyone wrong. Not only by his fans, the character made the actor counted among one of the most versatile TV actors.
