“TV actor Pearl V Puri has been arrested on alleged rape charges. He was arrested in Vasai with five other accused”
The Naagin 3 fame and Popular TV actor Pearl V Puri has been booked under alleged rape charges. Moreover, he was arrested on Friday by Waliv police in Vasai (east) on charges of raping a minor girl. The actor has now been remanded to police custody.
As per the Police officials ; the case is registered under section CR IPC 376 AB, r/w POCSO Act 4, 8, 12, 19, 21 and arrested the accused immediately
The girl’s father filed a complaint against the actor and five other accused after which a rape case was filed against him.
However, As per the reports, This is an old case in which a minor girl had alleged that the Bepanah Pyaar actor had taken sexual favours from her by promising her a career in TV serials.
Apart from this, many other co- stars including Ekta Kapoor and Anita Hassnandani claimed that the actor is innocent and come out in his support.
