Jaipur: The BJP lost 11 seats in Rajasthan. The BJP received only 14 out of 25 seats in the state. Following that, word broke that Cabinet Minister Kirori Lal Meena may quit today. Actually, the BJP has lost all seats in eastern Rajasthan. Kirori Lal Meena was handed responsibility for seven seats, but the BJP lost them. Kirori Lal Meena is preparing to resign today. He has declared off the record that he will quit immediately.

The Election Commission of India has revealed the final results for all 543 Lok Sabha constituencies, with the Bharatiya Janata Party winning 240 seats and the Congress winning 99 seats. Let us remind you that there are 543 members in the Lok Sabha; however, when BJP candidate Mukesh Dalal of Surat was elected unchallenged, votes were counted for 542 seats.

According to the final results revealed on Wednesday, the NDA has won a majority, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will form a government for the third time. This time around, BJP candidates ran in the name of Modi, but the party only won 240 seats, falling short of the required 272 seats for a majority. In such a case, the BJP requires the cooperation of NDA allies to create a government.
